A complex program of organism cleansing and recovery
The author’s program, which is based on a combination of the principles of rational nutrition, special training system, psychological support of like-minded people and wellness mentor. The program combines new research, advances in dietetics and original and simple method of recovery through Nordic walking. It is aimed at weight loss, development of strength, improvement of endurance and all muscle groups.

Most people want to look and feel young, so humanity raises the question of possibility of slowing the aging process for centuries.
Despite the lack of a magic formula, including some products in the diet and, conversely, excluding others is the best way to help you achieve this goal! The uniqueness of our nutrition system is to rejuvenate the organism and help to slow down the effects of aging in every part of your body — from your skin to your brain, heart and joints and all this in combination with the reduction in body size and getting rid of excess weight!
How does the novice centenarian’s menu work in the fight against aging?
There is a significant amount of literature data that links certain eating habits with accelerated aging processes, which is reflected in deterioration of health and increased chances of getting aging-associated diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, atherosclerosis, cancer, diabetes and other conditions. The thing is that we often eat much more than we need, so almost everyone has an excess of food we can refuse without harm to our health. It is important to do it properly and without bad consequences.
The effects of the novice centenarian’s menu:
- weight reduction through fat loss without losing muscle, activation of
- the body’s defenses;
- increased resistance to aging-associated diseases;

Nordic walking … Probably, many people have already heard about it, because right now it is the new aerobic fitness training.
First of all, these are excellent aerobic exercises that stimulate the activity of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. In addition, due to the active pushing off the poles, not only the muscles of lower limbs are working, but also arms and trunk muscles.
At the same time, due to the additional support of the poles, the load on joints and back is reduced. Therefore, Nordic walking is available even to people without special physical training, as well as those who are overweight or weakened after illness.
Add to this the natural movements technique and possibility to practice almost anywhere, and you get the obvious answer – the secret of Nordic walking popularity is:
- considerable health-improving effect;
- simplicity of learning;
- availability of place for practicing;
- effect on a large number of muscles (about 90%);
- improvement of endurance;
- improvement of balance, coordination, agility;
- joint strengthening;
- weight loss.
The specific numbers of energy expenditure during walking have been known for a long time. For example, the average pace (4 km/h) will allow a person weighing 70 kg to burn about 210 kcal per hour (that is, 3 kcal/kg of weight). Walking actively (for example, on a treadmill at a speed of 7 km/h), a person will spend 420 kcal per hour (that is, 6 kcal/kg of weight).
Nordic walking involves the use of poles and therefore the number of calories burned is greater.
- Up to 90% of muscles are activated in the Nordic walking;
- Joints such as the hip, knee, ankle, elbow, wrist, shoulder are involved;
- Light bone and joint load during walking.
- Reduces the pressure on the knees and spine when walking.
- Improves balance and coordination.
- This is an effective activity for people who need constant training of the respiratory, cardiovascular system and endurance.
- Helps people with musculoskeletal problems to return to a normal life.
- It is a means to improve posture and solve neck and shoulder problems.

Why is the problem of weight loss so acute now?
Thousands of bright recipes on the Internet, a variety of food products on the shelves of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants at every turn, all this brings up the cult of food in us — it turns into one of the greatest pleasures in life.
We comfort eat when feeling negative and positive emotions without thinking at the moment about the composition, nutritional value of products and consciously drive ourselves into the trap of excess weight.
Couch potato lifestyle and sedentary work do not contribute to the improvement of health of the bulk of the population.
On the positive side, the nutrition science and fitness industry are not sleeping, and more and more people are getting involved in training and choose a healthy lifestyle.
Why are people who want to lose weight ready for anything but regular workouts? And how can this be changed or influenced?
People are ready for training, but they don’t always know about it. Our task as curators is to change people’s attitude to diets and fitness in general. It is important that the processes of training and nutrition bring pleasure, they shouldn’t be something temporary and stressful.
Therefore, everyone should find their own type or several types of physical activity that will inspire, build confidence, give a boost of energy and make feel better. This is the only way to achieve inner harmony and make health improvement a habit.
Who is the program aimed at?
The program is aimed at everyone who is not indifferent to their health and seeks positive changes of their body and consciousness.
The main objectives of the program are general health-improving and educational.
At the moment, we have one basic version of the program and, depending on the level of training of the client and existing health problems, we reduce or increase the training load, replace exercises etc.
It is also possible to go through the program individually, which allows to take into account all the particularities and wishes of the client when preparing the training program, to pay additional attention to posture improvement and correction of functional disorders.
As for nutrition, the nutritionist designs an individual diet.
How was the program of weight loss and health improvement created and improved?
At the beginning the program was more about numbers and rules that had to be observed. Moving forward, we came to understand the effectiveness of combining new advances in dietetics and training system.
In other words, we do calculations not to adapt to them, but in order to better understand the composition of products and properly design a diet.
Our body knows better what and how much it needs. This is what we are focusing on today.
How are the trainers of this program prepared?
Professional preparation of trainers is a key element of the effectiveness of the program. Before getting the right to conduct the weight-loss and health-improvement program, every coach has to attend basic seminars in our Nordic Walking School. These are the courses on aerobic and strength programs, stretching, nutritional basics, massage, first aid. We also regularly conduct additional internal trainings.
All trainers work according to the uniform standardized schemes and it allows to quickly make changes and improve the program.
What awaits clients at the end of the program?
A new life without trans fats and excess sugar, good quality sleep, joy of training, boost of self-confidence, well-being, lightness in the stomach and a lot of positive emotions.
The biggest reward for us is when after the completion of the program, our clients can no longer imagine a return to their previous life and continue to do everything they learned from the program.
What determines the client’s success in the fight against excess weight?
Success primarily depends on the client’s willingness and readiness to change, responsible attitude to the program and trust in the wellness mentor.
The very process of weight loss is a consequence of the complex body care during the program. Therefore, the result will directly depend on how quickly the clients will be able to love themselves and their body. Success begins with love! Everything else should be hinged on this love:
